PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing an electrode capable of suppressing occurrence of end height accompanied with viscosity change of an active material paste.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrode in which an active material layer is formed by coating an active material paste containing an active material on a metal foil, includes the steps of: detecting viscosity V of the active material paste coated on the metal foil (Step S1); and adjusting an amount H of end height on the basis of a detection result of the viscosity V (Step S2). |
