<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, when immunostaining using a fluorescent label and form observation dyeing using a form observation dying agent are simultaneously carried out in a living matter detection method for specific detection of a biological substance from a pathological segment, the fluorescent label that can be used to carry out a method which enables appropriate fluorescent observation and a judgement of immunostaining result even when the fluorescent label or dyeing agent deteriorates due to irradiation of excitation light.SOLUTION: The fluorescence label is characterized in that a crosslinking resin is used as a ground material and a fluorescent dye comprises fluorescent dye-containing nanoparticles, which contain an aromatic dye molecule. The crosslinking resin is preferably a melamine resin or a styrene resin. The aromatic ring-based dye molecule is preferably perylene, and more preferably perylene diimide. Further preferably, the aromatic ring-based dye molecule has a polar group, for example, a sulfonate group or an acid halide thereof.</p> |
