<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a notification guide taking into account plans for absence of guide applicant information.SOLUTION: A notification guide system includes: a notification guide server 4 for transmitting a notification guide regarding volunteer activity information to guide applicants; and a guide applicant information holding server 3 for retaining guide conditions and guide destination additional information of the volunteer activity information, guide applicant information for the guide applicants, and absence information for the guide applicants. In the notification guide system, the notification guide server 4 requests a notification guide subject information list including the guide applicants who are to be transmitting subjects for the notification guide from the guide applicant information holding server 3. The guide applicant information holding server 3 transmits the notification guide subject information list which includes the guide applicants fulfilling the guide conditions and address or absence information included in an execution place for the volunteer activity to the notification guide server 4. The notification guide server 4 transmits the notification guide including the guide destination additional information to the guide applicants included in the notification guide subject information list.</p> |
