<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissipate heat of a heat dissipation member efficiently from a heat dissipation air hole of a case, while preventing dust and dirt entering from the heat dissipation air hole from adhering to a substrate.SOLUTION: An electronic unit 1 comprises: a box-shaped case 3 having a heat dissipation air hole 34 provided in the sidewall 32a; and a unit body 2 in which a heating component 23, a low heat resistant component 24 and a heat dissipation member 25 for dissipating heat of the heating component are provided on a substrate 21. The heating component 23, low heat resistant component 24, and heat dissipation member 25 are housed in a case 3 together with the substrate 21 of the unit body 2. The electronic unit 1 further includes a thermal barrier partition plate 11 consisting of a heat dissipation member mounting plate 12 arranged between the substrate 21 and heat dissipation member 25 and on which the heat dissipation member 25 is mounted, and a partition wall 13 for forming a heat dissipation space 4, where the heat dissipation member 25 is surrounded by the heat dissipation member mounting plate 12 and the case inner wall 35 including the sidewall 32a in which the heat dissipation air hole 34 is formed, in the case.</p> |
