PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device control unit which enables flexible utilization of a device on a network and functions of the device, by letting functions of a virtualized server device and functions of a virtualized client device coexist in one device. ! SOLUTION: Virtualized client functions which comprise device control means for controlling a first device and virtualized communication means for controlling the device control means according to a first control request transmitted from a first information processing device and simulating the first device as if it is directly connected to the first information processing device, and virtualized server functions which comprise virtualized control means for simulating a second device as if it is directly connected, and control request transmission means for generating a second control request for the second device and transmitting it to the second device through a second information processing device coexist in one device. !
