Nutrient substrate comprising dried grass mass, water, and sodium silicate and a method for preparing, comprising: a) providing natural grass which is gathered in the vegetation phase; b) drying the natural grass; c) reducing the dried grass in size, thereby forming a crumbled mass; d) moistening the crumbled mass with an aqueous solution of sodium silicate at pH 7-8, thereby obtaining a nutrient substrate. |
