One retaining section (12) is disposed between any two adjacent engagement sections (11). The engagement sections (11) have threads (111) with the same rotation direction on the surface of the body (1). The retaining section (12) has a detent portion (121) disposed on the surface of the body (1). The maximal outer diameter (D2) of the retaining section (12) is smaller than the minimum outer diameter (D1) of the engagement sections (11) between the retaining section (12) and the connecting end (1a). The support base (2) is disposed at the connecting end (1a) of the body (1). A concave hole (21) is arranged in the support base (2).</p>
