The film (2) has an electric or electronic functional layer (22) supported by a substrate (21), where an electric and/or electronic component is arranged in a functional area of the functional layer. An electrical connection is formed in a contact area of the functional layer and galvanically coupled with the component. A set of layers (23a, 23b, 24'') having thickness of preferably 7 micrometers is attached on the functional layer in a transition area between the functional area and the contact area. A contact plate tapers away from the functional area in the transition area. An independent claim is also included for a body.
