According to the present invention, an actuator (10) includes a case (12) and an output (16). An electric motor (20) is arranged in a separated chamber (18) of the case (12). The output is driven by a motor (20) through a gear train arranged inside the case (12). The gear train includes a worm (30) on a shaft (22) of the motor (20) and includes a worm wheel (32) interlocked with the worm (30). A mounting clip (40) is arranged to elastically press the motor (20) in the separated chamber (18). The mounting clip (40) has a finger (44), which is joined to an end of the motor (20) in the axial direction to support against movements in the axial direction and separation caused by load on the actuator (10) and /or external vibrations in the axial direction. |
