<p>The present invention relates to a method for deriving customized pluripotent stem cells by reprogramming differentiated adult cells using extracts of plant stem cells and callus, pluripotent stem cells produced by the method, and a cell therapy product comprising the pluripotent stem cells. According to the present invention, an ethical issue can be solved by not using eggs to produce pluripotent stem cells having the same ability as embryonic stem cells, and above all, pluripotent stem cells with secured safety can be produced by using the plant stem cell extract proven to be harmless, and also the method can be used for developing a customized immune compatible cell therapy product. Additionally, the present invention is expected to be very useful for investigating a cause of disease and studying therapy methods by deriving the pluripotent stem cells from an individual having the disease.</p> |
