The present invention relates to a heating and electric generation apparatus for solar electric generation and heating water and, more specifically, to a heating and electric generation apparatus which includes: a conventional solar cell on which conventional composition to prevent moisture from being penetrated is coated; connected to a charging device to charge a conventional battery; and a box which faces the sun connected to a pipe and has a conventional transparent member, wherein the conventional solar cell is provided to the conventional transparent member. According to the present invention, a wind generator is additionally installed with the conventional solar cell, such that the power generated by the rotation of the blades of the wind generator may be supplied to the charging device. |
