PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to estimate a state of α action of actions by sympathetic nerve activities by easily measuring relative variation of one-time cardiac output.SOLUTION: A controller 18 displays to a display device 22 a maximum value of pulse wave amplitude detected by a pulse wave detection part 12 while cuff pressure of a cuff 8 is changed by a cuff pressure control unit 11 within a prescribed range as an index of one-time cardiac output to be an amount of blood outputted by the heart by one heartbeat. The controller 18 repeats a change of the cuff pressure by the cuff pressure control unit 11 within the prescribed range, measures a rate of change of the maximum value of the pulse wave amplitude from an initial value, and displays it to the display device 22. Also, the controller 18 issues a warning to the effect that abnormality occurs to a person to be measured when the rate of change of the maximum value of the pulse wave amplitude from the initial value is over a preset value. For example, when a rate of change of the maximum value of the pulse wave amplitude from the initial value is -30% or beyond, it issues a warning that it is a dangerous level. |
