PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic film printed matter having high light emission intensity and a printed layer by a fluorescent ink excellent in fluorescence feeling (brightness of fluorescence) and its manufacturing method, and to provide a plastic film printed matter having the printed layer by a fluorescent ink which emits light even by ultraviolet light and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a plastic film printed matter includes forming a printed layer by applying an ink on at least a single-side of a plastic film and drying and solidifying, and the ink contains a resin, a fluorescent pigment, a sensitizer and a solvent.
