PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately estimate energy demand in a building at low cost by making it possible to accurately estimate internal heat load on each equipment and human bodies in a building.SOLUTION: An energy management apparatus comprises: acquisition means (transmission/reception function) for acquiring information about load currents on pieces of air conditioning equipment, 41a to 41n, installed in a building and about weather conditions in the area where the building is constructed; an external heat load calculation part 11d configured to calculate load of external heat flowing inside from outside the building, by using the acquired weather condition information; and an internal heat load estimating part 11b configured to estimate air-conditioning heat load, which is heat loads on the pieces of air conditioning equipment, 41a to 41n, from the acquired load currents and, from the difference between this air-conditioning heat load and the calculated external heat load, internal heat load (=heat load on indoor equipment + heat load on human body) except the air-conditioning load in the building. |
