摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for optimizing a cutting condition by highly accurately measuring the temperature of a tool when performing cutting work.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for optimizing a cutting condition by measuring a cutting temperature by a cutting apparatus provided with a shank having electric conductivity, and a tool fixed to the shank by means of a silver solder and having no electric conductivity. The method includes: a step of connecting a first lead wire to the shank; a step of connecting a second lead wire to the silver solder; a step of measuring thermal electromotive force generated between the first and second lead wires; a step of calculating a corresponding cutting temperature based on the measured thermal electromotive force; and a step of lowering a cutting speed when the cutting temperature is higher than a prescribed upper limit based on the calculated cutting temperature.</p>
