<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fryer which can be used in a state of being installed to a water tank or being easily installed outdoors, and can perform water treatment after use without difficulty.SOLUTION: The fryer comprises: cylindrical partition bodies 7 which are mounted in a sealed state to a boundary surface part of a water layer 3 and an oil layer 4 in a cylindrical storage tank 2 and have inclined surfaces on the upper surfaces thereof to drop water and bits of fried food into the water layer 3; a case body 9 which is set to the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical storage tank 2 through a clearance and fixed to the cylindrical storage tank 2 so as to prevent infiltration of water into the inside thereof; an air hole 10 which is formed in a wall surface of a partition body mounting part of the cylindrical storage tank 2 so as to introduce air in the clearance between the case body 9 and the cylindrical storage tank 2 into one or more cylindrical partition bodies 7; an electric heater 12 which can be detachably located in the oil layer 4 at a position above the partition bodies 7 in the cylindrical storage tank 2; and a support member which projects outward at the outer peripheral part close to the upper part of the case body 9 and is supported by a support part projecting from the upper end or water surface of the water tank 13.</p> |
