The invention relates to a method for producing a laminate (1) without adhesive, comprising a substrate that consists of a thermoplastic layer (11) and at least one layer applied thereto consisting of nonwoven/woven fabric (12), in which - heat is supplied only to the thermoplastic layer (11) by means of infrared radiation, - the layers (11, 12) are pressed one onto another to form a laminate (1) and - the laminate (1) is cooled, with only the thermoplastic layer (11) being heated. Therefore, the aim of the invention is that of devising a method for producing a laminate (1) without the use of adhesives, said method allowing an optimum supply of heat for the production of the laminate. To solve this problem the invention suggests that, proceeding from a laminate (1) of the type initially described, only the surface of the thermoplastic layer (11) is melted by the infrared radiation and that the thermoplastic layer (11) is cooled on the underside as heat is supplied to the upper side. |
