PURPOSE: An LDC(Low Voltage DC/DC Converter) noise reducing apparatus and a method thereof are provided to reduce the harmonic wave component of a switching frequency by randomly varying the position of turn-on section of a PWM signal. CONSTITUTION: A PI controller(14) outputs the output voltage control signal. A switching element(T) controls the power source of a battery cell. A random PWM signal generator(30) has the duty ratio according to the output voltage control signal. A random PWM signal which has a randomly varied turn-on point during a period is outputted to a switching element. |
