An electromagnetic pulse (EMP) filter in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes a first overvoltage protection unit preventing an overvoltage by being connected to an alternating current (AC) power source; an alarm unit which is connected to the first overvoltage protection unit and visually and acoustically warning when the first overvoltage protection unit does not normally operate as a result of detecting whether the first overvoltage protection unit is normally operated; a second overvoltage protection unit which is connected to the alarm unit and prevents the overvoltage of the AC power source instead of the first overvoltage protection unit when the first overvoltage protection unit does not normally operate as a detection result of the alarm unit; and a filter unit which is connected to the first and second overvoltage protection units. The filter unit puts through a low frequency and blocks a high frequency in the AC power source by filtering the AC power source.
