PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing apparatus capable of removing defects and unnecessary objects from an image with simple work without the feeling of discomfort.SOLUTION: A processing apparatus includes: acquisition means for acquiring two-dimensional image data of a subject and three-dimensional image data of the subject; reference area acquisition means for acquiring a reference area from the two-dimensional image data; creation means for creating a two-dimensional reference image corresponding to the two-dimensional image data on the basis of the three-dimensional image data in which the reference area is developed; and replacement means for replacing a correction area selected from the two-dimensional image data by using an area in the reference image corresponding to the correction area.
