The present invention relates to a multi-phase generator body capable of improving reliability and reducing maintenance costs by enabling a capacitorless controller applying the multi-phase generator body and a generator system in which the capacitorless controller is applied. A generation system given in the present invention includes an engine (110) which is a power source; a multi-phase generator (120) which is rotated by the engine (110) and outputs multi-phase AC power; and a capacitorless controller (130) which rectifies the output of the multi-phase generator (120) into DC, controls the DC power rectified without a capacitor with PWM, converts the power into stable single-phase or three-phase AC power, and supplies the converted power to a load (20). The capacitorless controller (130) includes a full-wave rectifier (132) which rectifies multi-phase AC power; a power circuit (134) which converts the DC power of the full-wave rectifier (132) into single-phase or three-phase AC power required by the load according to a PWM driving signal and outputs the converted power; and a controller (136) which monitors the input/output voltage of the power circuit (134) and controls the power circuit (134) to supply the stable single-phase or three-phase AC power to the load (20). According to the present invention, the generation system is able to build the capacitorless controller using the multi-phase generator and accordingly make the system compact. Furthermore, by removing capacitors which cause relatively frequent failures, reliability can be improved and maintenance costs can be reduced. |
