摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image imaging device that can accurately prevent reduction in contrast of a radiation image due to scattering of radiation by a plate-like member such as an enclosure.SOLUTION: A radiation image imaging device 1 comprises: a sensor substrate 4 in which a plurality of radiation detection elements 7 causing an electric charge to be generated in accordance with a radiated radiation dose are two-dimensionally arrayed; a scintillator 3 that is provided on a radiation incident side of the sensor substrate 4, and includes a fluorescent body 3a; and a plate-like member R that is disposed on the radiation incident side of the fluorescent body 3a of the scintillator 3. Out of the radiation to be absorbed by a structured body including the plate-like member R until the radiation reaches the fluorescent body 3a of the scintillator 3, two-third or more of the radiation to be absorbed is configured to be absorbed in a range of 0 to 0.5 mm toward the plate-like member R from the radiation incident side of the fluorescent body 3a of the scintillator 3.
