PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of preventing the occurrence of folded wrinkles due to directly contacting a steel foil with a transportation roll in manufacturing the steel foil accompanied by heating and cooling.SOLUTION: A steel foil (laminate 14) of which transportation direction is changed by heating an arrival temperature at T°C and directly contacting with a transportation roll 6 at a temperature T°C, where T<T-120°C is precooled by supplying a cooling liquid to the steel foil by a curtain nozzle 8 so that a temperature of the laminate 14 when directly contacting with the transportation roll 6 becomes T°C, where T≤T+120°C. The occurrence of folded wrinkles of the laminate 14 when cooling the laminate 14 to the temperature T°C is prevented by the precooling. |
