摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a sputter by pushing up a droplet in the opposite direction of a direction of a base material, when droplet pushing-up force operates when electric current density becomes high when an arc concentrates on a droplet lower part of the wire tip, since a melting-in depth is shallow and a bead width is also narrow in short-circuit welding in an initial stage of an arc start.SOLUTION: An arc welding control method comprises: a first step of executing the short-circuit welding; a second step of executing DC desorption transfer welding after the first step; and a third step of executing pulse welding after the second step, and the first step feeds a wire by repeating normal feed for feeding a wire in a direction of the base material and reverse feed for feeding in the opposite direction of the normal feed, and the second step controls the wire so that a feeding speed of the wire increases in response to a lapse of time. The second step executes DC desorption welding by gently increasing a wire feeding speed, and thereby, can reduce the sputter just after switching to the pulse welding being the third step.
