SOLUTION: A static electricity removal belt 10 includes a human body attachment part 11 being attached to a human body, a shoe attachment part 12 being attached to a shoe, and a coupling part 13 for coupling them. A contact electrode 14 which is brought into contact with the human body is disposed on the human body attachment part 11, a ground electrode 16 is disposed on the rear side of a shoe in the shoe attachment part 12, and coupling wires 15a-15c for coupling the contact electrode 14 and the ground electrode 16 are disposed in the coupling part 13.
