摘要 A thermoelectric power generation module which comprises: a thermoelectric conversion layer wherein a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements are electrically connected in series in the main surface direction of a substrate and are radially arranged; a heat dissipation layer which is connected to the center of the thermoelectric conversion layer and is arranged on a surface of the substrate, said surface being on the reverse side of the main surface; a heat insulation layer which is arranged in the outer periphery of the heat dissipation layer; and a heat absorption layer which is connected to the outer periphery of the thermoelectric conversion layer and is arranged on the main surface side of the substrate. Each thermoelectric conversion element is configured of a p-type semiconductor and an n-type semiconductor. The p-type semiconductors and the n-type semiconductors are radially arranged so as to alternate with each other, and the p-type semiconductors and the n-type semiconductors are electrically connected in series sequentially by electrodes. Among the electrodes, first electrodes that are arranged on the radially center side constitute heat conduction paths for heat dissipation to the heat dissipation layer through first heat conduction parts, while second electrodes that are arranged on the radially peripheral side constitute heat conduction paths for heat absorption from the heat absorption layer to the thermoelectric conversion elements through second heat conduction parts.
