摘要 <p>A device and a method for removing micro-molecules in polysiloxane. The device comprises an evaporator and an extractor. A heating and stirring unit is provided on a bottom portion of the extractor; a condenser is provided on an upper portion of the extractor; the extractor is divided into three sections, namely, an extraction area, a phase separation area, and a medium return area from bottom to top; the medium return area is communicated with a central portion of the evaporator through a liquid backflow tube; and the condenser is communicated with an upper portion of the evaporator through a steam guide tube. Polysiloxane to be extracted is added to the extraction area of the extractor, an extraction medium is added to the extractor, and the extraction medium is also added to the evaporator, heating and stirring are carried out, and the condenser is started for implementing backflow circulation of the extraction medium; and the extraction time is controlled to be above 6 hours after the system is stable. The present invention solves the problem that micro-molecular components of high boiling points in the polysiloxane cannot be effectively removed by methods such as reduced pressure distillation or film evaporation, alleviates the problems of complex steps and severe solvent waste in a precipitation method, realizes recycling of the extraction medium, and is environment friendly.</p>
