<p>A method and apparatus for manufacturing a discrete antenna RFID tag, comprising: S1. a drive shaft (21) and a drive shaft (51) in a transport mechanism are used to drive a conveyor belt having an aluminum foil attached thereto to transmit at speed V1; an antenna round cutter die (22) is arranged beside the drive shaft (21), a PET film round cutter die (52) is arranged beside the drive shaft (51); an adhesive tape is compounded with the conveyor belt whereupon the aluminum foil is attached, and an aluminum foil antenna is formed by die cutting by the antenna round cutter die (22); S2. a base belt having an RFID unit is made to transmit at variable speeds in a certain cycle, the RFID unit is separated from the base belt when passing by a flat scraper and is affixed onto the corresponding aluminum foil antenna on the conveyor belt to form a tag module; and, S3. a PET film of an adhesive is driven by the drive shaft (51) and die cut by the PET film round cutter die (52) to form a PET film, and same is covered onto the corresponding tag module on the conveyor belt to form a semifinished product. An integrated machine that is provided with multiple transmission mechanisms, controlled by a main control unit, is capable of completing multiple compounding, die cutting, waste discharging, and a two-time asynchronous alignment transfer labeling operation, and automatically produces various types of discrete tag products.</p> |
