The present invention relates to an apparatus to determine an exact replacement period of an ion filter by detecting electrical conductivity of stack cooling water in a fuel cell vehicle. The present invention provides an apparatus to determine the exact replacement period of the ion filter using an LED capable of deleting an electrical conductivity sensor to reduce a volume and costs, and of accurately determining the replacement period of an ion filter cartridge by detecting a voltage signal to an analog electrical signal with a means of measuring the electrical conductivity of the stack cooling water to provide a new type of replacement timing determination method of turning on and off an LED warning light.
