The present invention provides a thermal plastic board which includes a thermal plastic layer; a first cupper pattern layer which is formed by thermal compression using a rolling roll in the upper part of the thermal plastic layer; and a first print line layer which is formed in the upper part of the first cupper pattern layer and has a constant pattern of a through hole to expose the first cupper pattern layer to the outside. A part of the edge of the thermal plastic layer is cut to form a heat sink part which comprises multiple heat radiation pins.
