In the present invention, provided is an adhesive resin composition capable of being easily manufactured since the adhesive resin composition is formed with a simple composition and has excellent adhesion about various objects such as metal, glass, plastic and the like, an adhesive resin molded body using the same and an adhesive resin laminate. The adhesive resin composition comprises an acid modified polyolefin resin and an epoxy resin based compound having at least two epoxy groups in one molecule and at least ten hydroxyl groups in one molecule as essential ingredients. The adhesive resin molded body consists of a film or a sheet formed with the adhesive resin composition. The adhesive resin laminate is formed by laminating an adhesive resin layer made up of the adhesive resin composition on at least one side of a substrate. |
