PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize a characteristic change including luminance, color temperature, and angular dependence. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode and a second electrode are formed on a substrate. An organic layer with more than one floor is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A device characteristic stabilization layer is formed between the substrate and the first electrode. The device characteristic stabilization layer includes filler with high deflection. An average particle diameter of the filler with high deflection is 5 to 30nm.
