An organometallic complex and an organic light emitting device comprising the same are disclosed. According to an aspect of the present invention, an organometallic complex represented by chemical formula 1 is provided. An organic light emitting device comprising the organometallic complex has high efficiency and high color-purity; thereby an organic light emitting device with high-quality can be provided using the organometallic complex.
