A method for welding the tab of a battery pack includes a step of arranging a battery in the main body of a jig, a step of bonding a tap which is nonmagnetic and has electrical conductivity to the wing part of the jig using an adhesive member, a step of making the tap bonded to the wing part touch the terminal of the battery, a step of welding the tap and the terminal of the battery, and a step of separating the wing part from the tap.
