PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated steel sheet exerting the functions effective for a coating film such as an antifouling property, weatherability, scratch resistance, heat shielding property and corrosion resistance with utmost effectiveness ongoingly over a long period without interfering with each other, and further having excellent durability.SOLUTION: In a precoated steel sheet, an undercoating film layer 20 is formed as a colored resin layer which is prepared by blending a coloring pigment, rust preventive pigment and heat shielding pigment to an undercoating basic resin to exert colorability, corrosion resistance and heat shielding property, and a top coating film layer 30 is formed as a resin layer which has: an antifouling function comprising hydrophilicizing the surface of a film by silicon included in the top coating basic resin by blending various additives including an ultraviolet absorber and exerting the functions necessary for the film except colorability, heat shielding property and corrosion resistance to flow down impurities; a scratch-resistant function hardly damaging the film surface by hardening the film using a hardener; a weatherability function absorbing the ultraviolet rays by the ultraviolet absorber to prevent deterioration of the film; and the functions such as antifouling property, scratch resistance, weatherability and other functions effective for the film layer. |
