WEAR VOLUME MEASURING DEVICE OF PULVERIZED COAL BURNER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wear volume measuring device of a pulverized coal burner which enables a wear volume of a wear resistant component to be quantitatively evaluated by measuring an inner diameter of a nozzle of the pulverized coal burner.SOLUTION: A wear volume measuring device 21 which measures a wear volume of a wear resistant component 18 arranged on an inner surface of a nozzle 6 of a pulverized coal burner comprises: an aligning plate 22 which is fixed to a base end section of the nozzle 6 so that a center thereof is aligned with a shaft center of the nozzle 6; a slide shaft 25 which penetrates the center of the aligning plate 22 and can move forward and backward in a shaft center direction of the nozzle 6; a measuring device 34 which is fixed to a tip of the slide shaft 25 and measures an inner surface geometry of the wear resistant component 18; and a control section 36. The control section 36 has initial data on the inner surface geometry of the wear resistant component 18 without wear and measures the wear volume of the wear resistant component 18 by comparing the inner surface geometry of the wear resistant component 18 measured by the measuring device 34 with the initial data.
