PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the entire power grid by automatically adjusting power generation output of a power generation plant rapidly according to fluctuation in a request power amount of the entire power grid.SOLUTION: A plant monitoring control system coordinates: a plurality of power generation plants comprising a plurality of field apparatuses, sub-loop control circuits for controlling the field apparatuses, and protection circuits for protecting the field apparatuses; and a power supply office comprising a power supply commander for predicting an increase/decrease pattern of a system load and outputting a result of the prediction, a system control circuit for stabilizing a system by increasing or decreasing power generation output depending on increase or decrease in the system load, and an adjustment control circuit for remotely controlling a field apparatus according to output of the system control circuit when the system load increases or decreases, where the adjustment control circuit remotely controls the field apparatus according to the output of the system control circuit through a sub-loop control circuit. The adjustment control circuit is arranged so as to correspond to each of respective power generation plants and be collected in a power supply command office where the system control circuit is arranged. |
