<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking oil purification system which can be easily mounted to an existing flyer, and can purify used cooking oil to allow its reuse, and to provide a cooking oil purification method.SOLUTION: A cooking oil purification system purifies used cooking oil 2 to allow its reuse and includes: a recovery tank 4 which is arranged below an oil tank 3 storing cooking oil 2 to recover used cooking oil 2 from the bottom of the oil tank 3 and store it; a first transfer path 5 whose tip 5a is arranged at a position of a supernatant 4a of the cooking oil 2 for recovering the supernatant of the cooking oil 2 stored in the recovery tank 4; a filter device 6 which is connected to the rear end 5b of the first transfer path 5 to purify the cooking oil 2; a transfer pump 7 which is connected to the rear end of the filter device 6 and makes the pressure inside the filter device 6 negative to introduce the cooking oil 2 into the filter device 6; and a second transfer path 8 for returning the cooking oil 2 purified by the filter device 6 to the oil tank 3 through the transfer pump 7. A cooking oil purification method uses the cooking oil purification system.</p> |
