PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device which easily performs the maintenance processing such as sheet removal work, and to provide an image formation apparatus.SOLUTION: A post-processing device 30 includes: an upper body 31; and a lower body 32. A center folding unit 72 serving as a processing part is provided in the lower body 32. A transfer path of a print sheet is formed at an area ranging from the upper body 31 to the center folding unit 72. A slide connection mechanism connects the upper body 31 and the lower body 32 in a vertical direction and supports the upper body 31 and the lower body 32 so that the upper body 31 and the lower body 32 may slide in a horizontal direction that splits the transfer path. When the upper body 31 slides relative to the lower body 32, a part of an upper part of the lower body 32 is opened. |
