[Problem] To provide a communication system, a terminal apparatus, a base station apparatus and a codebook sharing method wherein a precoding in accordance with a cell environment is used to allow the improvement of the system capacity. [Solution] A communication system performs a beam directivity control by use of a precoding using a codebook common to a base station (10) and a terminal (20). The base station (10) notifies the terminal (20) of codebook determination information including information that is specific to the cell (11) of the base station, and the base station (10) and terminal (20) generate a common codebook on the basis of the codebook determination information.
