<p>Disclosed are a mobile mode predicting apparatus and method. The method comprises: receiving time information collected in a preset time interval and indicating a current time point and receiving a cell ID indicating a cell a user is located in; generating or updating, based on the collected time information and the cell ID, time and space characteristic data comprising the cell ID, a entering time point and camping duration; storing the time and space characteristic data as a time and space characteristic data sequence according to a time order; and at least predicting, based on the time and space characteristic data, time duration of the user camping on a current cell and a next cell the user is to enter. By drilling, based on the collection interval, time information in the mobile mode, the mobile mode predicting apparatus and method according to the embodiments of the present invention can effectively reduce storage cost of a history mobile mode and the calculation complexity of the prediction of a follow-up mobile mode.</p> |
