<p>Disclosed is a fastening warranty system for a vehicle assembly applied to a vehicle assembling line to assemble objects to be fastened to a vehicular body transferred by a conveyor line by fastening members, including: (i) a vehicular body detecting unit installed to the assembling line to detect the vehicular body entering the conveyor line; (ii) a plurality of tool detecting units arranged on the assembling line along the conveyer line at a predetermined interval to detect the position of a fastening tool on the conveyor line; (iii) an inertial sensor module installed on the fastening tool to detect the angle, and moving the displacement of the fastening tool to a fastening point between the vehicular body and the object to be fastened; (iv) a tool controller to apply a control signal corresponding to the preset fastening point between the vehicular body and the object to be fastened, the type of the fastening member, and the fastening torque of the fastening tool to the fastening tool; and (v) a main controller to obtain the position information about the vehicular body and the fastening tool, the angle and moving displacement of the fastening tool by the vehicular detecting unit, the tool detecting unit, the inertial sensor module, setting the fastening point between the vehicular body and the object to be fastened, the type of the fastening member, the fastening torque of the fastening tool, sending the set value to the tool controller, receiving and storing a vehicle identification number of the vehicular body, the kind of the fastening member, and the fastening torque of the fastening tool to the fastening tool from the tool controller.</p> |
