The present invention relates to a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch panel comprises a first adhesive layer; a polarizing layer disposed on the upper part of the first adhesive layer; a phase difference film disposed on the upper part of the polarizing layer and having an indium tin oxide (ITO) pattern; and a second adhesive layer formed on the upper part of the phase difference film.
