PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring harness that improves the degree of freedom of a combination pattern of an ECU and flexibility of communication, and an electronic control device.SOLUTION: A wiring harness W includes a power wire L1 and a ground wire L2, which connect a plurality of ECUs 21 connected to equipment mounted in a vehicle and a power-supply box 3 for bus-connecting the plurality of ECUs 21 and which are used to supply electric power, and a twisted pair wire L3 for providing communications among the plurality of ECUs 21. A terminal resistance RT is incorporated into a connector C1, which is connected to the power-supply box 3, of the wiring harness W. |
