PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a heart without impairing hemodynamics in the cardiac sac in a treatment for a heart performed through a port.SOLUTION: A treatment apparatus 1 for a heart includes: an annular part provided with wire deformable between a contracted shape that can be inserted into the cardiac sac through a tubular port 9 that is arranged penetrating a body surface to the pericardium B, and an annular expanded shape that is developed in the cardiac sac, fitted to the outer periphery of a heart A from the apex A1 side, and arranged in a position to surround the outer periphery of the heart A; and a traction part for applying tractional force to the annular part so as to push the side wall of the heart A by the annular part in a state that the annular part is arranged in a position to surround the heart A. |
