PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic wave device whose manufacturing process is made efficient, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: An acoustic wave device 100 comprises: a substrate 10; a functional part 14 which is formed on the substrate 10 and includes an excitation electrode 12 for exciting acoustic waves; a columnar electrode 30 which is formed on the substrate 10 and is electrically connected to the excitation electrode 12; a metal frame 32 which is formed on the substrate 10 and surrounds the functional part 14 and the columnar electrode 30; and a ceramic substrate 40 on the surface of which a first metal layer 42 joined to the columnar electrode 30 and a second metal layer 44 joined to the metal frame 32 are formed and which seals the functional part 14 together with the metal frame 32. |
