PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of throughput by minimizing a resource which affects a reception device adaptive only to a first communication system when transmitting a second reference signal for a second communication system in addition to a first reference signal for a first communication system.SOLUTION: When transmitting a reference signal CSI-RS for LTE-A in addition to a reference signal 4RS for LTE to a reception device, a symbol at a latter half side in a time direction in a resource unit RB/Sub-frame defined in a frequency-time domain is used as a resource for the CSI-RS to transmit the reference signal while disposing the CSI-RS at a position up to two symbols from the end in a specific RB/Sub-frame or at a final symbol or the like. On the basis of CSI-RS arrangement information, the reception device receives the CSI-RS disposed in the symbol at the latter half side of the RB-Sub-frame, a channel quality of CQI, PMI, or RI is measured by using the CSI-RS, and feedback information including channel quality information is transmitted to a transmission device for reporting the channel quality.
