In one preferred form of the present invention, there is provided a coupling device 10. The coupling device 10 includes: a safety housing 12 having a longitudinally extending recess 14 for receiving a pin 16. The pin 16 includes a pin key element 20. The recess 14 5 includes least two recess key elements 32, 34 spaced apart along the recess 14. The recess key elements 32, 34 form an angularly offset arrangement requiring turning of the pin 16 and pin key element 20 between pairs of sequential recess key elements 32, 34.
