<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent break in an inclined surface formed at an axial end of an elastic layer, even if the elastic layer is pressured externally.SOLUTION: A fixing member includes: a base material having a cylindrical surface; an elastic layer arranged on the cylindrical surface and having an inclined plane formed at an axial end and inclining axially outward so that an outer diameter is reduced gradually; and a surface layer joined to an outer periphery of the elastic layer and a part of the inclined surface, having an elastic modulus higher than the elastic layer, and having an axial end unconstrained with respect to the base material.</p> |
