<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high output while achieving downsizing and saving weight.SOLUTION: A linear motor 1 can relatively move either a field or an armature 21 with one of the field and the armature 21 as a mover 20 and the other as a stator 10. The field has: two yoke boards 11 placed opposite; yoke bases 12 for fixing end parts of one sides of the two yoke boards 11; a plurality of permanent magnets 13 which are fixed on opposite surfaces of the two yoke boards 11 respectively and are placed along a moving direction of the mover 20; and a plate spring 15 as an elastic member energizing the opposite surfaces of the two yoke boards 11 in the direction in which end parts of the other sides of the two yoke boards 11 separate from each other.</p> |
